❛  hades  ...  ❜  his  name  was  spoken  as  nothing  but  a  whisper  ,  followed  by  the  face  of  disbelief   .  her   mother  spoke  of  the  stories  of  the  god  ,  about  his  reign  below  the  surface  .  the  amazon  had  come  to  use  his  name  in  battles  ,  when  bringing  down  her  enemies  –  TO  HADES  ,  the  wonder  woman  would  scream  ,  with  sword  in  hand  ,  ready  to  strike  .  but  never  once  ;  did  she  think  ,  even  for  a  second  ,  that  she  would  be  face  to  face  with  the  god  .

her  stance  almost  shattered  ,  she  was  so  used  to  standing  in  a  stance  that  would  protect  her  ;  allowing  her  to  fight  back  .  but  in  the  presence  of  a  god  –  ONE  OF  HER  OWN  BLOOD  ,  her  hands  were  trembling  .  ❛  ...  what  brings  you  to  the  surface  ...  ?  ❜  her  question  ,  was  one  of  protection  ,  for  those  she  swore  to  protect  in  this  world  of  man  .
