(3) haVE TO DRINK WATER!! Don't put too much pressure on yourself, maybe find a sport that you enjoy, swimming is nice or go to a really long staircase and walk up and down. Go go go you can do this!! 💪💪💪
i should do the staircase thing i heard it does miracles omg
it just sucks a lil more to workout outside during winter sigh
(2) but more than this DON'T do more than 30 a day it's bad for your knees. I've heard you should do squats like 3 times a week. Also cardio is important. You can look up work out videos on yt. I personally love Carly Rowena's videos. You obv -
