Riyan Parag Das, born on November 10, 2001, in Guwahati, Assam, is a promising Indian cricketer known for his aggressive middle-order batting and versatile spin bowling. Hailing from a sports-oriented family, his father, Parag Das, is a former first-class cricketer, and his mother, Mithoo Barooah, is a national record-holding swimmer. Riyan's cricketing journey began early; he represented Assam's Under-16 team at just 12 years old and made his T20 debut in 2017. Notably, he became the first Indian cricketer born in the 21st century to play first-class cricket. He was also part of India's victorious squad in the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
