assguardlan replied to your text post: I'm not sure if the same tips work for you as I use to try to stop biting my nails but? If you coat them with something non-toxic that tastes gross(they make things and sell them in stores) it can sometimes help you from biting them? Or also keeping your mouth busy with gum or something else.... But.. I feel you on the bitten nails thing....... Nail polish tastes disgusting. I peel it off as I go. I chew gum on occasion but I don't always wish to escalate my resting bitch face to quite that degree.

If you need a cup of tea or an ear, I’m around whenever I’m not in class basically because I don’t sleep? Just. If you need anything. I know it can be hard dealing with all of that pressure especially when family is involved…
Honestly, generally I’m used to it where family gets involved. Admittedly this is worse than usual. Mostly because it’s public. But I do a lot of walking on eggshells and have for a long time.

It’s not really. Its not fair, but believe me, I don’t need to be feeling any more bitter than I already am right now.
