A STATEMENT FROM MILLICENT BAGNOLD THE MINISTER FOR MAGIC IS AS FOLLOWS...

It was with great sadness that a short time ago I received word from The Auror’s Office that Benjy Fenwick has sadly been hospitalised. 

Mr Fenwick has earned the affections of many due to his work with Sorcerers for Equality and his esteemed work with The Muggle Laison Office for The Ministry of Magic. 

Tensions within our great city and across the islands of Wizarding Britain have been mounting for some time, with this latest attack on Mr Fenwick sadly being one of many. 

Our Aurors have been hard at work attempting to control the situation, but is very clear that there is more we could be doing as your Ministry and greater action we must take. 

I am personally appointing The Head of the Auror’s Office, Alicia Avery-Jones to lead the search for Mr Fenwick’s attacker, who will be brought to justice and prosecuted to the full extent of the law by Clarice Faribault | @cfaribaultdmle who will be representing the Ministry. 

But Mr Fenwicks attacker is not the only person roaming or streets that we must be wary of. I am your Minister for Magic and I have taken a pledge to keep you safe, which is something I intent to do. 

I am personally appointing Auror Captain Alastor Moody | @alastxrmoody to lead the search for notorious werewolf Silas Crump and Amelia Bones | @ameliabcnes to represent The Ministry of Magic in Wizengemot. 

I pledge to you, the people of Wizarding Britain that these two cases will be tied up neatly by October 31st 1983 with both these offenders in custody and prosecuted. 

Look after one another, stay villigent and stay safe. 

We will crack these cases.

We have received word from Gideon Prewett || @gidprewett that Caius Burke || @burkehs​ and Erik Borgin || @burkehs of Borgin and Burke’s have plans to break into the Ministry and are in the process of stealing a prophecy for The Dark Lord.

 It is of upmost importance that you do not let that happen. 

Get to the Ministry as quick as you can and retrieve the prophecy. Do not let them know why you are retrieving the prophecy but make sure you leave with it in your hands. We need to know what The Dark Lord is planning and that prophecy may be the key to being one step ahead of him. 

We can’t risk alerting the Ministry to what we are doing. Keep as quiet as you can and stick together, you’ll have Gideon if things get too difficult but it is important you do not blow his cover unless absolutely necessary. 

Stay safe. Much is at stake.

Well you heard the boss, time to work your magic Dahlia. Head down to The Grave Affair and bat those lashes at Regina Rowle || @regina-rowle, we’ve heard you’re very persuasive so a few drinks and that charm should do the job. When you think you’ve got her hook line and sinker, take her back to yours and signal Georgine Faribault when you’re ready. She knows what she has to do. 

Start a thread with Regina Rowle at The Grave Affair and get her back to your flat. Once you’ve done that, post a link of your completed thread to the channel and await further instructions. - The Mods

DEAR BORGIN, BURKE & PREWETT || @beautifulxbcrgin, @burkehs & @gidprewett

As I am unable to be in multiple places at once, I require your assistance in a matter which is vital to our success. 

A prophecy has been recorded that is of interest to The Dark Lord which only Borgin and Burke are able to intercept. When the rest of Wizarding London are looking at Burbage and Fenwick’s ridiculous march, you will venture into The Hall of Prophecies, retrieve the prophecy and bring it to Christiano Parkinson at The Grave Affair through the Floo Network. 

He is expecting you to get the job done quickly and find him at the bar so be as quick as you are able. Any diversions or if you tell anyone of the task I have given you I will find out and the consequences will be severe.
