The more I think about it, the more questions I have about Barry Syx. Have they said how long ago the massacre of the Barry Battalion was? How did he end up on The Red Hot? How did Barry Nyne kill all of the other Barrys? Why didn't he kill Syx?

Am I just thinking too much?

SO many questions #the other characters i can sort of trace their trajectory from the snippet we got to them being on the red hot #gunnie needed work #riva is a bit less clear but i imagine she would have been able to convince skipper she would be useful and she gets a free ride to explore #margaret needed a ride and i imagine the red hot wasnt too pricey #sidney was probably appealing as a sort of do it all member of the crew and she probably wanted to get off planet #i get why skipper would want to hire barry syx hes big and strong and good at guns #or at least good enough #but how did barry get there? one second everyone hes ever known is massacred at a zoo and then he manages to find his way onto a ship #barry isnt an idiot but i dont think his first thought would be whelp looks like i need to make a living better sign up on a ship #is his reason for being on the ship to go around the galaxy in search of barry 9? because that doesnt really come up until he drops in #if he was actively looking for 9 i feel like it should have come up more #i understand his main motivation but i dont really know how being on the ship ties into it #and i want to think it ties into it in some way im just not getting and not just. me looking for holes yknow #i think (and hope) theres more to barry 6 than what hes shown us so far #and im excited to see if i am correct #ALSO. WHY DIDNT NYNE KILL SYX RIGHT THEN? HE HAD TO KNOW SYX WOULD WANT REVENGE #HOW DID HE KILL THEM ALL SO FAST THEY WERE ALL FIGHTERS ASSUMEDLY JUST AS STRONG AS HIM.#DID HE REALLY CATCH THEM *ALL* BY SURPRISE?

I want to know more about brain slugs so bad. What was Skip's life like growing up, how old are slugs when they take over their first body, are there any slugs that just live as they are without a host? Does Skip have a mom somewhere? How often do brain slugs have kids? How long do they live, can they die of old age? What happens if you get slugged and the slug dies of old age in your brain?????
