Koro-sensei challenging the agency to try assassinate him would be fun. Especially when if he doesn't know Tanizaki's ability. Imagine if the agency was assigned to assassinate Koro-sensei and it was a surprise attack.

Koro-sensei’s speed will be a challenge, I think. Especially because he did have the absolute protection last resort. But if we counted Koro-sensei’s mutant tentacle as Ability, then if Koro-sensei turned into the ball Dazai can just touch it and it will be game over.

The ADA won’t have the advantage of Koro-sensei holding back and opportunities he did give to his students, so it will be an all out war. Although it will be up to whether the ADA can back out from this mission without repercussion that decided whether it will be peaceful or hostile. I think the ADA can see that the students want to kill their teacher themselves and feigned inability to match Koro-sensei’s speed. But if the ADA can’t back out from this mission just because they can’t do it, then it will harder. There are too much at the stake, unless Dazai can pull out a plan from his brain that let both sides out from this predicament peacefully or at least, with as little as damage as possible.

Koro-sensei has the enhanced senses on par or even better than Atsushi, so it will be hard for Tanizaki to create a believable illusion with this much disadvantage, as Light Snow is purely visual it can’t imitate body heat, scent, and masked the sound of their breathing or movements. So yes, Koro-sensei is on par on the ever growing lists of ‘Ability users that are resilient or outright OP and are hard to kill’. It’s almost impossible to ambush someone with senses on par with Jouno from the Hunting Dogs.

So again, unless that someone is Ayatsuji and Fyodor, it will be hard to assassinate Koro-sensei, especially when Koro-sensei doesn’t need to hold himself back. I mean, Dazai can always hold the students as hostages if he needs a last resort tactics, but I don’t think the other ADA members would allow that unless they really don’t have any other choice.

The ADA also don’t have a lot of offensive Ability users, and leaving everything to just Atsushi and Kenji are too much, especially since both can’t keep up with Koro-sensei’s speed. Kunikida can produce endless anti-sensei material if he needs to though, so to arm the ADA with that will be easy. Yosano can also provide backup if their tanks got hurt. But yes, dealing with that superior speed and other multiple Abilities will prove to be hard for ADA.
