As for Mrs. Thompson, she's still a teacher at Gallagher Elementary School in the teen and adult AU.
[story time!]
In the teen AU, there was a time when Joey couldn't get good grades with her. Everyone thought it was something like Wally, he just wasn't good in her subject and needed help. But then Abby discovered Joey was more than good at it, even on an advanced level than his other classmates! His homework was done on time, and his knowledge would allow him straight As! Then why was he always given Fs? It was starting to get to Joey too, because he felt like he wasn't good enough. Abby herself went to face Mrs. Thompson on it, and she found out the teacher gave him bad grades without even actually looking at what he was doing just because he was Wallabee's brother, and she never liked him. Abby got mad and quickly told Joey's parents about it. From the next week, Joey's grades got way better! He was pleased about it! As for Mrs. Thompson... let's just say she would shiver whenever she saw Mrs. Beetles was around the school...
In the Adult AU, she actually loves Sami a lot, saying he's the best student she's ever had! She also apologized to Wally for her bad past actions, once she had the chance. It was all good!
