I'm sorry but I really have problems to understand anything except carl! :D but I don't understand Simon Neil from Biffy Clyro either. It's always like: "what? Maintans? Aaah you mean Mountains?" :D love everything Scottish though!

Aww earthlybird I thought I wasn’t too bad since I don’t have like a proper glaswegian accent oh well lol and haha Biffy Clyro are an ayrshire band though - ayrshire has an accent/language that even other scots struggle with :D

go to a sports doctor if you can! It's always better to get those things checked out sooner rather than later

If it carries on I'll go to a doctor...but hopefully it'll clear up :)

i learned yoga in vinyasa flow classes so I guess I just always connect everything back to chaturanga but I can see how you wouldn't naturally know all that!

I go to Iyengar classes and the last one I went to we learned how to do chaturanga properly but not within the salutations haha I don't think the classes are as flow-y as vinyasa :)

yeah like your arms are straight up on either side of your head in warrior 1 right so you just bring them to the ground and frame your front foot and then step back with that leg to plank!

:) i will remember this!  (I am very much looking forward to taking yoga classes again because I'm so bad at realizing transitions)
