I'm impressed Chorney has played in so many games. He couldn't crack the lineup but for 2 games when he was here in St. Louis.
Well, he got most of those games because of the John Carlson and Brooks Orpik injuries last season, and he got rewarded with a contract because he basically knew his place and didn’t complain about being the seventh (and now with Shatty on the roster, the eighth) defenseman. He’s, uh... not good. I mean, statistically, he’s pretty much not great. But he has a good disposition, doesn’t complain, and seems very nice apart from that; plus we all love making “BLOW THE CHORN HORN” tweets on the rare occasion that he does score.
