Astra Rocket 3.3 launch (LV0006) failed to reach orbit.
Astra Space’s Rocket 3.3 launch vehicle (LV0006) was launched from Pad LP-3B, at the Pacific Spaceport Complex - Alaska (PSCA), Kodiak Island, on 28 August 2021, at 22:35 UTC (15:35 local time). According to Astra Space: “One of the five main engines shut down less than one second after liftoff, causing the vehicle to slowly lift off the pad before resuming its trajectory. After approximately two minutes and thirty seconds of flight, the range issued an all engine-shutdown command, ending the flight. The vehicle achieved an altitude of approximately 50 kilometers, before safely returning to Earth.”

Guess What Happened After Start-Up Astra Launched Its Rocket In Alaska!
The first orbital mission by start-up Astra failed as their Rocket 3.1 couldn’t reach the orbit. The rocket successfully took off at 8:19 p.m. PT from the Pacific Spaceport Complex. It flew for around 30 seconds before coming down and the company stated that it’s guidance system “introduced some slight oscillation into the flight,” which caused this incident.
