I have so many positive things to say about so many ‘random’ people that I don’t know who to choose but… okay… I have decided to go with  @showmaxter / @astradrawn. Eveything I’m about to say is going to sound extremely cliché and lame but please bear with me. Marie had intimidated me a great deal first, because her writing was amazing and her blog was just wow ! I’m pretty sure most of you feel the same way about her, so I don’t need to elaborate that. She is simply wonderful at everything she touches, whether it be good ol’ writing threads, themes, aesthetics, making edits and whatnot… But I want to go beyond that. I got the privilege of getting to know not just ‘showmaxter’ but Marie in the past few months. We spoke about random roleplay stuff, as well as serious stuff such as Brexit, Syrian refugee crisis and left vs. right, libertarianism and all other topics of modern politics. I completely realise it sounds WEIRD AF, but I can honestly say that she is one of the very, very few people I feel like I honestly feel like I know, even outside the character(s). Just so you lot know: we disagree on about 90% of the things. But there is no doubt that, even with our political and world-view disagreements, she is one of the most caring, honest and LOVELY people I have ever known. As a roleplayer, her personality might not interest you at all, which is fair enough. You might be one of those roleplayers who prefer to keep their distance. That’s cool. But whether it’s IC or OOC, there is no denying that Marie is an incredibly LOVELY person all around. If you are not following her and/or haven’t spoken to her yet, you are missing a great deal of amazeballness ( yes, it’s a word, fight me ) in your lives.

"My grades are fine!” Draco snapped, wincing at how shrill his own voice sounded in his embarrassment. He changed tone immediately, knowing his father did not APPRECIATE being screamed at like a ‘petulant child.’ “I am doing well in school, father. You can compare my marks to the rest of my friends. It’s not my fault that all the professors have a FAVOURITE.” He sneered at the thought, but knew better than to rant about someone of her kind in the present company. “They are all against me except Professor Snape, because of my house.”
