Is astral hell (that period before your birthday where things get kinda shitty) real?
I’m sure it is for some people - otherwise why create the expression 😅
but honestly I hadn’t heard of it before until now, and I’ve never seen it mentioned in anything I’ve read - which leads me to believe it’s a rather modern/new age theory.
If I’m wrong please someone share! I can imagine (astrological) scenarios for why this may happen for some people, but nothing that’d be consistent for everyone 🧐 xx
Is it common for certain times of the year to be harder for people based on their placements? I’m a Leo sun, Scorpio moon, Aquarius rising, Scorpio midheaven and the months of Dec-February always just seem to reallllly suck

there’ssome talk about times being harder when there are planets transiting your twelfthhouse, which, for you, should happen around the months you mentioned. because this is thehouse of undoing, unknown and unseen enemies, unconscious secrets and traumas… thistype of argument is also used to explain why some people have it harder on themonth previous to their birthday’s month (the concept of astral hell).
i sincerelydon’t know what to think of it, though. i’m inclined to think it may be true,only… some people deal more easily with an energy that demands rest and lettinggo and undoing and suspension and introspection.
i haveindeed noticed that the people who complain to me about astral hell orsomething similar to that generally aren’t the types of people who are moreintrospective or accustomed to listening to themselves in a more silent orsolitary manner. this is — as i have noticed — what produces suffering in thesecases. there are times when everything that’s happening around ask us to be quiet and retreat into ourselves. but this isn’t easy for everybody to do.
but as ihave said, i truly don’t know yet. but i’d say it is common, yes.
