When I was probably around 6-8 I astral projected on accident

And now I can't do it again.

I've tried a few times and haven't gotten anywhere with it. I remember it was when I got my ears pierced and I was worried about maybe laying on my ears wrong, I literally watched myself sleep all night. I want to do it again, but don't know how. Does anyone have any tips?

EDIT/SIDE NOTE: MY BOYFRIEND CAN JUST FREELY ASTRAL PROJECT WHENEVER HE WANTS TO AND HE DOESNT EVEN DO WITCHCRAFT IT PISSES ME OFF A LIL

if any if you think you're having a bad day just know that I farted in a very quiet UPS store today while waiting in a very long line. my soul left my body and I was incredibly grateful for my mask because I turned as bright red as rudolfs fucking nose and the only thing keeping me in line was the fact that I had already been waiting for 20 fucking minutes
