Additional details:

There would be a map of the universe with these planets that people can navigate

This would have peer to peer functionality in order to do private universes with a group

There would be a database attached to each planet you can modify as you wish

There would be a good bit of lore for the universe in order to establish an interesting universe for people to work in based on the idea of an intergalactic group of revolutionary scientists that help to help people liberate themselves
