Mother of Nora and Hjalmar and the adoptive mother of Krioka, Gabriel, Sebastian, and Liana
Married three times. Her first husband Fenris Stormbreeze died fighting Icebrood and her second husband Ingvar Frostfury joined the Sons of Svanir. She is currently married to Thrain Ravenseeker.
When Ingvar left to join the Sons of Svanir, he attempted to take Hjalmar (then a toddler) with him by force. Astrid proceeded to break his arm and told him the next time he tried to kidnap their son, she wouldn’t be as merciful.
Chosen spirit is Snow Leopard
Runs a lodge in Wayfarer Foothills. Originally lived in Snowden Drifts, but relocated due to encroaching Icebrood.
Taught Liana a majority of her skills as a Ranger.
During the campaign through the Maguuma Jungle, Astrid began to develop healing abilities from attuning with a druid spirit that eventually led to her becoming a druid as well. She is still attempting to master them as best she can, although she struggles a bit with the druid’s celestial form.
Views Taimi as a daughter, pretty much out for Joko’s blood after events in Daybreak.
