Is It Possible to Make A Planet Where Everyone is a Scorpio?
For the purpose of this question, we are assuming:
Astrology is real and works.
We have the ability to make a new planet. We can place it anywhere in the universe and give it whatever characteristics (size, axial tilt, rotation speed, sidereal period, etc) we want. If necessary we can even rearrange some stars or add additional planets.
Humans will move to this planet, live there, and have children. Humans will be able to survive on the planet regardless of it's characteristics.
Our goal is that every child born on the new planet is a Scorpio. Bonus points for describing what the planet would look like.
