what is a tight conjunction? is there a good website that i can generate my solar return chart? i can only check very specific dates with astro.com :(
hi!
a conjunction is considered to be tight when the orb isn't too big. some astrologers recommend no more than 4/5°, or even 2/3°. let's suppose you have both your moon and mercury in the sign of pisces; in that case, to have a tight conjunction between these two, they can't be more than 3/4° apart. a 20° pisces moon and a 21° pisces mercury make a tight conjunction. on the other hand, a 20° pisces moon and a 29° pisces mercury would make the conjunction too loose and not as strong as it could be.
for the solar return thing, astro.com is completely fine! even if you type a specific month and day, nothing will change, the chart is still the most accurate you may get, it doesn't change from day to day :)
