I don't love the way the astrovan is displayed in KSC just because it makes it difficult to see inside with the glare from the plexiglass barrier. However, I was able to get a solid pic using my phone's wide-angle lens. I think it captures how small it feels in there. Imagine sitting in there, dressed in a bulky, heavy spacesuit, en route to ride a rocket with the power of an atom bomb. That sure would put a knot in your stomach.
