“Asuma-san,” Iruka begins, inhaling deeply and placing his fists on his hips. “We must converse about this situation.”

Asuma blinks, head tilting, looking quite confused. “What situation?”

“You can’t keep giving me free stuff.” Iruka presses his lips to a thin line. “Not that I don’t appreciate the kindness behind it. I too am not a fan of food wastage. But your generosity is a bit much and must cease at once.”

Asuma has the same expression one would wear if they were trying to digest bad food. “Are you complaining?”

“Yes,” Iruka says, inhaling deeply before he nods.

Asuma’s eyebrows almost merges with his hairline. “Why?”

“Because I do not wish for you to think that I come here on purpose at this time just to get free – very delicious, mind you – bread products,” Iruka huffs.
