Okayyy rant time again ^_−☆
Suspecting that that cutecore headmate from a bit ago is a K-angel introj… Something I was slightly dreading figuring out but it can’t be helped…
Anyway, I wanted to get out that I can usually easily tell the difference between a kin and fictive.. At first it was hard as hell because I would have these characters that I heavily identified with for months, and would just fade away after a while. I never could tell if it was a kin identity that was never really true or a headmate that simply disappeared/went dormant one day and never came back.
But now I can tell the difference; I know that Clarice and Party are 100% truly me, they’re not headmates, they never have been. S and L, whose names I’m still too slightly too scared to say out loud because it makes it feel more real to everyone else, I can easily tell aren’t me. I have never and most likely never will identify with the characters that they are, even when there’s influence, it feels foreign and unfamiliar, even slightly uncomfortable sometimes.
