Heshikiri Hasebe: Atagigiri. How is your body treating you?

Atagigiri: Well enough, thank you.

Atagigiri: With a bit more practice, I’ll be able to handle myself and take on the responsibilities you have as a treasured sword.*

*He calls him okatana-sama (御刀様) here, which is how heshikiri hasebe is recorded in the Kuroda Oie Gojuuhou Kojitsu. (As 圧切御刀, Heshikiri Onkatana). It is also the term Nagamasa uses to refer to Hasebe in the stage play.

Heshikiri Hasebe: …Yes, yes I suppose so.

Heshikiri Hasebe: I’ve no doubt in your abilities.

Atagigiri: Hehe. But you have no intention in giving up your position as the Master’s attendant, is it?

Heshikiri Hasebe: …Don’t patronize me.

Atagigiri: Ah, by the way… It seems you’re averse to speaking of the Kuroda family…or so I’ve heard.

Heshikiri Hasebe: …How did you—! Did he—

Atagigiri: Worry not. Our shousanmi* has never mentioned anything that would tarnish your esteemed reputation.

*Hasebe and Nihongo's 2nd recollection is required to unlock this one. It is said that nihongo was bestowed the title of shousanmi (senior third rank) despite being a spear. It is the 5th highest rank of the Court Rank System.

Heshikiri Hasebe: *scoffs*

Atagigiri: You understand all too well, yet you act like this.

Heshikiri Hasebe: …Watch your sneer.

Atagigiri: Oh, do excuse me.

Atagigiri: Despite having a name that regales your sharpness, you are rather dull—you realize I bear no ill intent, correct?

Atagigiri: Right, He-shi-ki-ri-sa-ma?

Heshikiri Hasebe: Ngh...!

Heshikiri and Atakigiri + the real swords. Heshikiri is the one with the reddish brown handle wrap, Atakigiri is the one with the yellowish wrap and slightly more curved blade. You can see that the TKRB character art followed this directly, LOL.
