It wasn’t common for Hyun to get in someone else’s business. He lived his life the way he wanted (at least now) and left others do whatever they saw fit, after all, who was he to judge a stranger? but he was also an observant man, one that took care of his patients the best way he could. After all, he didn’t have to love medicine to practice it, and if he did something, he did it the best he could. So of course he would at least worry about these people who asked for his help.
The thing was that this woman did not ask for it, and she seemed reluctant of receiving any help at all, if what he heard from the nurses was correct. The woman needed medicine and yet her pride maybe? wasn’t letting her take the help she needed. Hence why he was following her to the entrance of the hospital, pretty sure his offer would be denied but going for it anyways.
“Excuse me? Miss... I’m doctor Min Hyun, I couldn’t help but hear you needed some medicine?” Or was it the other way and she didn’t need it? Damn it, he should have paid more attention “Is it asthma or painkillers? Did you see a doctor?” He was going to scare her, probably, but he wasn’t going to miss this chance or his conscience would not leave him alone.
