If you could hack, would you use your skills for good or evil?

     “ is this a loaded question? ” zo laughed lightly, fully aware that his answer was rather obvious. “ i know i’m gunna disappoint the heck out of imogen by saying this but i would pick not know how to hack at all. ”  if any of them even spent one day dealing the the kinds of headaches he got from all the crap he had to deal with during his day job, perhaps they too might reconsider their answer.  Then again–he was dealing with a gang full of professional thieves.  So, maybe not..  

      “ that just ain’t my style, man.  if i need to get something or learn something, i’ll just figure it out on my own.  the right way. ”

The Forger: What comes most naturally to you? Do you ever resent your natural talents?

                it stands that roman has never been a good person. lies fell easier from his lips than anything else and that has been true for a long time now. of course, he knows when to lie. he knows who to lie to. it’s a balancing act. it’s a game. it comes down to strategy and he’s mastered it. everyone around him knows it.

                when doesn’t he lie?                                                                it’s hard to say.

                it should be stated that roman only lies when it’s necessary. he doesn’t lie because he can. it wouldn’t serve him well to do that, and would ultimately come back to haunt him. but he learned from his father. he watched the man say one thing, then turn around to say another. he never flinched, he never blinked. when roman was younger, he had a tell. he would look off to the side, his lips would twitch, 

                that was something he quickly stopped.

               “ it’s the heist. ” this isn’t true. that took years of practice, years of learning. but the confidence with roman says it is something remarkable. “ how could i ever hate that ? ” he glances around him, at the art on the wall, at the clear shows of wealth and luxury. “ it’s gotten me all of this. it’s a rush, it’s like nothing else. it’s my entire life. ”

                while the heist isn’t the most natural to him, the last thing he said is true. he’s nothing without the heist.
