I completed Dishonored yesterday but I ended up killing like 3 people and getting detected once overall, so now I'm starting a new game. By god I will get these achievements and I will get them at the same damn time. I restarted my game last night around 4:30, learning my lesson about deleting ALL the saves. If you delete all the saves, including the MISSION save, you can't replay the mission in case you fuck up the achievements. I got through Campbell, finally, from 6:00 to 10:00 (I don't know why but that mission always takes like four hours for me to complete stealth and stuff) and then at the end I found out that I killed ONE dude. So, since I had a manic episode and didn't sleep at all, I decided to use my advantage of already being up to go ahead and redo the Campbell mission. I just completed it, no kills and never detected. That's two missions down, seven to go. Wish me luck y'all.
