So it’s said that Sigma has spent years locked away in an asylum and in a vegetative state, and years without losing your muscles is enough to deteriorate them to the point of being completely useless. We know that Sigma was unsafe enough that it was required that he be strapped in to bed, but given that he was in a vegetative state, how long do you think he went without using his legs? My headcanon is that Sigma floats because the muscles in his legs are basically useless at this point.

Not necessarily only the leg muscles that atrophy. His armor is very bulky, did he work out afterwards? Or is it the power of the black holes he used?
