I continuously forget about Katarg and I think that speaks volumes about him being the middle child

Katarg: How could anyone want to eat dragons. Look at how cute they are. Look at this face (holds up baby dragon) and try to tell me that this isn’t the cutest thing you’ve ever seen. 

Bal: Plus, when they get really big they can set things on fire and fly!

Katarg: You. You get me.

How to distract Katarg to the point that people could sneak past him and he wouldn't notice: ask him about dragons

Yeah, no, Ashoka will give in to the kids no matter what. He is 100% that parent who spoils their kids rotten. Katarg is a little less so, just because he’s more practical. 

Jahniya is the ‘I don’t give a fuck’ sort of parent. The parent who can’t be swayed no matter how hard you try. 

And then there’s Maratha, who’s the worst kind of parent because at any given moment she’s the ‘I don’t give a fuck’ parent or the ‘go be free my children’ parent and it just makes the kids always second guessing everything.

My main orc men of Athor: Kurkath, Ashoka, Katarg and Arata. For those of you wondering, Kurkath is holding a warg pup and Arata is holding a Murkur calf, animals native to the orc lands.

I do know if Ashoka ever found out that Anjali could use magic...it would not go well...

Katarg would be more...not passive but he would eventually leave Anjali alone...

Jahniya, by that point, would already consider Anjali her sister so she’d help her keep it a secret.

Let it be known that orcKatarg can use magic and, as such, when he eventually does get married his future spouse has to go live in the orc nation.
