A well written look at how a small amount of snow caused a giant city shutdown. Worth the read, because this applies not just in the case of snowfall, but in any situation where a city the size of Atlanta might need to evacuate. I hope that this situation causes voters and politicians to reconsider the transit problems of Atlanta and promotes working together to solve them.
