Power. It coursed through her veins. It made her feel confident and sure of herself, like the picture of a cat wearing a wig, that Ravi couldn’t stop laughing at one afternoon in the morgue. Something Liv thought was stupid at the time, but oddly enough felt relatable to at the moment. And it was all because of country fried BDSM brain. It had given her a new found freedom to say and do as she pleased. To make the men around her bow down to her strong feminine presence. She had even made Jimmy Hahn, her nemesis at the police station, her “Sketch Bitch” as she had so appropriately deemed him.
However, the one man in her life she hadn’t encountered yet; the man who usually made her go weak in the knees, was Major. They had held a mutual respect for one another. Cherished each other’s company and friendship. And while “normal” Liv (as normal as a zombie staying alive off of human brains could be) valued this aspect of their relationship, “dominatrix” Liv wanted more. Wanted control. And wanted it now.
“Open up, Lillywhite. I know you’re in there. I’m not going to knock again.” This brain had also made her impatient. At least when she didn’t have her way. Standing on Major’s porch in the middle of the day waiting for the man to open the door was a disservice, and she was getting testy. Was she really going to have to go back to the police station and boss around Jimmy again? After all, he never got to finish that soup, and if he did without her consent, she’d make him pay. But Major was her main priority at the moment, and if he didn’t open the door within the next five...no...three minutes, his punishment for being a bad zombie was going to be ten times worse.

They hadn’t really talked, hadn’t seen each other since that day in Ravi’s office. Which frankly, Blaine got. A lot had been going on, their lives had been busy. Weird. He wouldn’t have faulted Major if he had been actively avoiding him.. He had every reason to hate him. So it was he didn’t blame him for the awkward silence; as the two were left alone in the morgue as Liv and Ravi went out on a call.
“I’m sure any apology I give is likely to be worthless to you. I know there’s nothing I can do to make things right. Peyton mentioned you were looking for a missing girl, though. Someone I turned, and forced to...”
He swallowed, cocking his head. “...work for me. Is there anything I can do? Any leads? I know it won’t change what I did, but...I’m responsible. Whatever’s happened to her? It’s on me. I won’t pretend it’s not, just because I can’t remember.”

Your interpretation is in a state of constant change. Sometimes it's about growing, other times it's about him falling back into the person he used to be. We can see how your personal bias for the character influences how you write him, but that also means you're adding a unique twist that's yours. Your interpretation is as flexible and adaptable as the actual character himself, and it has led to a number of different, interesting interpretations of Blaine in different types of situations.
I regret already using the Anders/Buckley hug gif.
Instead I’ll use this Blaine being all sheepish in regards to something Major said.

“If you’re human why are you still eating foods infused with hot sauce?”
"Maybe I saw them and got them for you guys, Major. Maybe I was curious as to how they would taste, as I doubt they’re marketed with zombies in mind.”
