It was right before Atlas was to go on and face a new competitor in the RFT.  Whoever he would be fighting had the alias 'Preying Mantis' and they were brand-new to the RFT.  Even though Atlas was by far the toughest competitor, they were fighting him without even taking on any of the weaker opponents first.

A few minutes before the match was to start, Rag walked into the locker room,  finding Atlas inside.  Not knowing how else to start a conversation with him, he merely said, "Your dad wasn't very happy about your gift."

Rag had waited as long as his patience could stand, which was only a few days.  Jacques was still in town and that meant Atlas hadn't done what he had asked.  He thought he would have jumped on the opportunity, considering Jacques was Livian's old girlfriend and that he could make Rag do a bizarre favor for him.

He didn't even bother calling Atlas; he found out where he lived and went to his small apartment.  He pounded on the door and by the time Atlas opened the door, all he yelled was, "Why is Jacques still in town?"  It was taking all his energy to hold himself back.
