atmospheric, beautiful, and ideal instrumental piece for setting my head and heart back into places of composure and peace
I can think "what if?", I can get wrapped up in nostalgia and rabbit holes and dwell on changing things, I can overextend myself and worry about things that aren't worth worrying over, and I can project my own anxieties unfairly on others
or I can rest within myself, be content with what I have to give, and remember fully in body and mind what it means to be happy and whole-feeling
There are some things that cannot change and will not change. And there is comfort in that. I am convinced that loyalty and hope transcend circumstance, and there is comfort in that.
