Personal headcanon: He's a frail boy, not much like his father at all. A childhood illness left him with weak lungs but he has managed to excel in magic. (Kris nearly killed himself with worry, fearing he'd lose his son the same way he lost his parents. Katarina had to express the patience of a literal saint when it came to alleviating his worries.)
Appearance: Short, messy and somewhat thick purple hair. He's closer to his mother in build but has his father's bad habit of not smiling nearly enough.
