Invierte ATOTECH más de 169 millones de pesos en Querétaro
Nuestro estado es la puerta de entrada e intercambio con las regiones más competitivas del país, afirmó el gobernador, Mauricio Kuri González, al inaugurar la empresa ATOTECH de México en Querétaro, la cual representa una inversión de más de 169.4 millones de pesos y la generación de más de 100 nuevos empleos para la entidad. “No es una cuestión de una forma espontánea o de una forma de suerte, es por la gran fuerza laboral que tenemos en Querétaro. Lo he dicho una y otra vez: en Querétaro no le apostamos a una mano de obra barata, le apostamos a una mano de obra calificada”, apuntó.
El mandatario queretano resaltó que el estado cuenta con una economía sólida, estable y diversificada que permite albergar un gran número de actividades productivas, así como desarrollar fuertes cadenas de proveeduría; en este marco, celebró que un líder de la industria química, como es ATOTECH sume sus capacidades y fuerza para brindar soluciones a la industria de la región. “Sabemos los retos, pero como en Querétaro estamos llenos de queretanos, estamos listos, puestos y dispuestos para poder darle la batalla a estos retos y a salir adelante”, concluyó. En su intervención, el secretario de Desarrollo Sustentable, Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, dio a conocer que de la industria manufacturera, la química es el segundo subsector que más inversión extranjera directa ha aportado a Querétaro en los primeros tres meses de 2022.
Asimismo, enfatizó que desde 1999 al primer trimestre de este año, Querétaro ha captado más de mil 100 millones de dólares de capital alemán, con lo cual históricamente se ubica como el cuarto socio comercial. En su mensaje, el CFO de ATOTECH Global, Peter Frauenknecht, resaltó la ubicación estratégica de la planta en Querétaro, específicamente en el Parque Industrial Aeropuerto (PIA), el cual, dijo, se distingue por la autosuficiencia, el enfoque ecológico, la cercanía con clústeres, así como las vías de transporte. En este tenor, compartió que la compañía suma una ventaja competitiva que les brinda la oportunidad de ofrecer un mejor servicio a los clientes de México y Norteamérica.
