With the promise of receiving thirty dollars for the night and being  suspended from getting an allowance for dumping a bucket of  flaming dog shit on his dads date  and a " I am very disappointed in you Scottie"  speech  the teenager found himself in a  rather run down part of town. To put it bluntly it was a disgusting putrid place not worthy of him but hey.. thirty dollars was thirty dollars. Sighing he grumbled ringing the doorbell thinking his dad was being way to hard on him. One week no allowance so what if he fucked with his dads ladies? He did them a favor!  Besides setting that bitches hair on fire was such a fun joke . Filming it and posting it online.. probably a bad idea. But it got 40, 000 views! His dad was being unreasonable. Grunting he shoved his hands in his pockets, eyes narrowing getting more and more impaitent.  That door should have opened by now.

Phillip had never meant to intrude upon anyone’s path, on the contrary, but the chap was simply left no choice when he saw a familiar face about to step straight into an open hatch. 

He sucked in his breath as he grabbed Kenny by the cloth of his jacket, pulling him back. 

“Watch out where you’re going, chap, you could’ve died like that!” 

He sounded genuinely concerned - if only Pip knew the irony surrounding his statement. He did not though, but he did feel he was overstepping his boundaries a bit. 

“Oh god, sorry-!” 

He quickly released him from his grasp since he was now safe anyways, regretting saying those words so boldly.

You want me to help you study?” Pip asked, his voice raising ever so slightly at the end of the question, almost bouncing on his tippy toes in excitement that a class mate would actually ask him to spend time with them! Sure it was just to study, but that was surely one step closer to friendship; especially if he had the chance to demonstrate what a ruddy good time he could be - even when studying. 

“Certainly, Clyde old chum! What subject seems to be doing your crust in?”

“I’m fine, Toolshed. Save your supplies,” Mysterion groused at his ally’s attentions. He scrubbed a bit of blood and dirt from his cheek with the back of his sleeve but didn’t pull his other arm from Toolshed’s gentle grasp. Blood was still dripping from it freely where a knife had carved a gash through fragile skin; across his elbow and up along his bicep. He hissed at the sting of antiseptic. “We don’t have time for this.”
