The House of Seclusion is a horror visual novel, inspired by the harem conspiracy against Ramses III. It was made in 10 days for the O2A2 visual novel jam, a micro vn jam with strict asset limitations and a 1000 word limit.

Atropa is a horror visual novel for the Game Boy Color. It was made during September for the Spooktober visual novel game jam. Out of around 250 entries, I'm so honoured to have ranked 7th for story and 20th overall, and to have received an honourable mention 🥹💖 Atropa can be played in the browser or using an emulator (or, if you have the hardware to do so, on an actual Game Boy Color). Because of the limitations of the GBC, it's still sort of janky, but I hope you can enjoy it regardless ☺️ Making something for the Game Boy got me thinking about 90s games and anime, so the artwork is inspired especially by Mato's artwork for the Pokémon Special manga.

Happy Aromantic awareness week!

Aromantic spectrum (Adjective) All identities under the Aromantic (see below for meaning) umbrella. (Demi, gray, cupio, aroflux,) an be shortened to Aro-spec and used as an umbrella identity as well for anyone under the aromantic umbrella. Aromantic - Experiencing little to no romantic attraction and/or experiencing romantic attraction in an atypical way.

Atropa and Camellia ( @icelandic-slenderwoman ) are both Demiromantic, but as I have done a doodle with that already (Here) I chose to use the Aromantic spectrum flag instead as demiromantic falls under it, Doom ( @dimensional-rift-fullof-slenders ) is also here by force; take that as you will about them /silly

Drew my aro-spec characters for aro week!

Slate is grayromantic, she rarely feels romantic attraction. She does not prioritize romance in her life because it’s not something she feels consistently at all.

Atropa identifies Demi-romantic. Whatever romantic(ish) attraction she feels only comes after a close personal relationship. She isn’t sure what romance is supposed to feel like, but she loves her partner in a way she does not love her friends, and her partner doesn’t care if she’s not in love with her, as long as she loves her in a way that matters.

Sterling is aro. He’d be about 15 as a human, and doesn’t see romance as something that will ever be important in his life. He doesn’t want a partner (romantic, platonic, or otherwise).
