We pride ourselves on being ethical, progressive landlords (like many of our tenants, we originally came to Kirksville from out of state to get bachelors and masters degrees at Truman; unlike most of them, we ended up raising children here) who keep walks shoveled and maintenance issues promptly resolved. As long as you pay your rent on time and don't trash the place, you'll find that we are very easy to get along with—which is probably why the majority of our past tenants have renewed their lease for at least one extra year after the first. The majority of our tenants have also gotten their FULL deposit back, not a penny deducted.
