Fanfiction Ideas

So does anyone have a dozen plus fanfic ideas running in their head constantly? I get inspired by the music I cushion my life in. All of the ones in the following rant are Puzzleshipping in some way shape or form. Scenes from my mummy fanfics play in my head every time I hear ‘Forever May Not Be Long Enough’ by Live. It doesn’t help that that’s the second movie’s theme music. Every time I hear anything from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack, I can’t help but imagine Atem as Satine and Yugi as Christian.

Then there’s Grease. I’ve been listening to this soundtrack for most of my life (at least 20 years and I’m 25). Like Puzzleshipping just fits so damn well! Then there’s the Joker/Harley Quinn Au, which was inspired by the Suicide Squad soundtrack. I have like four different alien AU stories and one of those is actually a Star Trek AU. I have chimera story where Atem is spliced with lion DNA ‘cause I love the idea of Atem with a lion tail, rounded lion ears, and his hair as fluffy and wild as a lion’s mane.

I hold a bachelor’s in criminal justice, so I have a lot of crime Aus. By crime AUs, I mean most of them feature the Pharaoh as a serial killer. I have always had a fascination with the mind of a serial killer, which is where most of those fics came from, along with my love of Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lector and Criminal minds. I have a couple of supernatural AUs where Atem is an incubus. Those are pretty fun as there’s not much lore wise I could find.

I have some stuff written for a Star Wars Au. One of my pet projects is a Krampus inspired AU, and I just love Atem in it. I also have one inspired by the movie The Boy. A Sleepy Hollow fic featuring ideas from the TV show and a few of my own.  There’s a concubine AU where Atem’s the concubine instead of Yugi. I can’t follow a lot of the shipping clichés, so I just follow my own for a lot of them. I have a Phantom of the Opera one, but I have plans to rip it to shreds and rewrite it.

I have two Pokémon AUs too. The longer one is a fun ride so far. There are three mobium fics, one dealing with gods, one with two of the three as humans and the other as a vampire, and finally one where one’s a vampire, one’s a were-panther, and one’s a human. I think the one with the gods is pretty good, but then I wrote it, so I’m biased. I have a crap ton more in various stages of completion, and notebooks or word documents on my laptop.

-sighs- This is what the Puzzleshipping fandom does. It sucks you in and never let you go. Good thing I don’t mind and there are quality people here! 

most other days I would take you up on that and it’s super sweet that you’re offering, but right now I feel like I need someone I really trust? it’s not that I don’t appreciate it!! I’m just feeling really vulnerable and hurt and small and I don’t want to drag anyone into it who isn’t used to dealing with my Moody and Hypersensitive Ass™

Oh shit, and also. Under the bridge are two lancer skeletons. Be careful, or they'll knock you off. Take them out BEFORE the dragon, or it's just a bad idea. Also. To the left of the bridge is a doorway with rats. DO NOT AGGRO THEM. If they land a hit they'll poison you to hell and back. Best way is wait till you get the sword, and then snipe the rats from a distance, then quickly switch to shield/sword. Sorry for so many asks lolol. I want to save you my heartbreaks xD

Oh yeah, I’ve been exploring down there. I got my ass quite handed. And now I’ll have to lure the dragon back over eventually if I want to make a proper go of it. 

Frankly more than the Dragon Sword I want Havel’s Ring, but I presently lack the power and patience to work my way through that. As the smear attests.

Also the dragon's sword is op as fuck, I wouldn't suggest going ahead without it unless you're just that hardcore. That sword is a life saver and does tons of damage. Most people say not to skip grabbing the sword unless you're just that good at the game, or unless you like torturing yourself with endless respawns and never getting further ahead. From expereince, PLEASE. GET THE SWORD.

The best way is the hide-under-the-bridge-and-pew-pew method. In order to do the other one, it's best to be really high in levels and op as shit with gear. You'll need to land about 100-150 arrows to get the sword. Buy lots of arrows for any respawns if you want to blast your way back to the dragon without much taking much dmg. Also you'll miss some shots if you're like me so stock up. It's boring but better than insta-death. Good luck!
