one direction tour :-)

Ok so on the 7th January me and my friend went to the evening show of the Up All Night tour in Nottingham. I was at her house and we were waiting for the 1D account to tweet the # that we needed to send in questions and stuff, but they didn't actually tweet it till we were in the car (listening to the album woo). It was #Iwish41D and we tweeted random stuff like 'how much wood would a woodchucker chuck if a woodchucker could chuck wood' and 'do you like our banner it took 3hrs' etc etc. Then we finally arrived!!!! we got there quite early (like half six or something), my friend's dad was taking us so he parked in the car park then walked us to the concert hall so we didn't get lost (aw). Whilst we were in the carpark we saw other people who were obviously going to the concert and everyone was smiling and happy and it was just great. Then we started to head towards the concert hall. We walked past a group of girls who were sat on a blanket and they'd obviously been there for ages, they were next to a big lorry and two buses. One looked a little like the one 1D travelled in but I wasn't sure. I was wondering if 1D were gonna come out, but my friend's dad was saying really loudly 'they won't come out yet cos it's not safe.' and although there were only a few girls there, he was right. We carried on walking and the girls were infront of us, and my friend's dad turned around and shouted 'OHMIGOD THEY'RE HERE!!!!!1' and all the girls turned around and my friend was like dying of embarrassment... but it was pretty funny.

So then we got to the arena and there was like a massssive queue, which we joined. We had a massive banner which was just like getting in the way and hitting people around the ankles so it was pretty awkward, these girls behind us were shouting CARROT and SPOON really loudly and me and my friend were just like right

Before we knew it we were in the middle of the queue, and then finally we were in :-) we were so excited omfg!!! we bought a program but there was a massive crowd of people at the main merchandise store so my friend was like 'there's probably merchandise on every level :-)' so we walked up like three flights of stairs before we realised there WASNT, so we walked all the way back down again. one of my friends stood with the banner whilst me and my other friend bought all the merchandise. I bought a tshirt with the album cover on the front and all the tourdates on the back and a poster although i dont really have room for it.

Then we went to find our seats (back up the stairs) we went in and we were quite close (the fourth row back on the first tier) so we were like omg this is amazing ajshnswja. then we went to the toilet to change into our concert tshirts that we'd just bought and we met this girl in the toilet who was like 'i'm gonna start a chant for one direction will you guys help me.' so we were like 'yeah sure'. Then we all went back to our seats, but the girl never actually started the chant (or if she did she was very quiet). Then we saw our other friend who was with her cousin, so we went over and were just chatting to her for a while.

Eventually the lights went down and everyone was screaming. Matt Lonsdale came on and did his thing, then went off and everyone was like 'ONE DIRECTION ONE DIRECTION ONE DIRECTION ONE DIRECTION' but obviously it was Boyce Avenue not One Direction. They sang some original songs plus We Found Love and something else i cant remember lol, both support acts were really good

then it was an interval and the girl next to us spilt like a whole LITRE of coke or fanta or smth on the floor and didnt clean it up so the floor was all sticky. so my friend brought some paper from the loo and we attempted to clean it haha. then, seen as the place was pretty loud and i figured no one would really know who it was i thought it'd be a good idea to shout 'LOUEH' really loudly. it was not because about 10 people turned to look at me.

then the lights went down again and it was ONE DIRECTION AJDFNEJWASJ. the screaming was SO loud. they showed a clip and then it was like '30 SECONDS... 10 SECONDS....5...4(meanwhile everyone in the room SXJSWNFRHEJSANBSNSD, i was like dry sobbing and hyperventalating and tears in my eyes and stuff)...3...2...1(I THINK I WENT DEAF!!!!!!)...' then they came on and i was like KJDNEJWDHfjdj they looked so perfect 

they went straight into na na na and stand up? i think? yeah lol

then the concert happened and i think they all looked in our general direction, it was hard to tell you know? some girl on the row behind us got her tweet read out so we were like OMG AJHDBEWJANBC and i was like LOUIS!!!! LOUIS!!!! shoving my banner up (which they didnt read, or if they did didnt react to MEH) this other girl's tweet got read out who said she'd spent 8hours on her banner *cough* BULLSHIT *cough* but when 1d saw it they were like 'that took you 8hours? wow thanks for spending so much time on us!' trying to hide their DISGUST, jk jk but you could tell they didnt believe her. this one girl did have a really cool banner with glow sticks stuck on it though and some people even had lights, and someone had a yorkshire tea banner which louis loved. ours kinda sucked i guess haha. they thrusted and did the imbetweeners dance (which someone tweeted in asking them to do) and stuff like that and it was just AMAZING. they sounded quite high pitched which must've been the echo or smth cos on my videos they sound fine. 

i was also pretty proud of myself for finding the hotel they were staying at, although we had no way of going. just had to throw that in there
