007n7 and Elliot were in love and were together until something terrible happened to the pizza shop and Elliot's family (You can probably guess what happened) causing them to break up, Then Elliot found out later that he was pregnant and he chose not to tell 007n7 Making 007n7 never know he has another child

Elliot had been taking care of his child for years before he was brought to the Forsaken…he missed his child, he wanted to go back to them

But in reality, When the baby was first born, Elliot wanted to tell him the truth, but it was too late. 007n7 died before he could tell the truth…When the two met again at Forsaken, after all the bad things, they avoided each other, leaving Elliot with no chance to tell him about their child

But don't worry, 007n7 will soon find out the truth when the kid is brought to Forsaken like them ;)
