Restarting an Alien!Devil May Cry rambles with OCs
TW: Mention of rape, violence, destruction of culture
Randomly wanna restart an AU rp that @larissaloki and I started with our own alien races. Of course it's Devil May Cry themed. Most of my night shift I wrote down things I could remember and issues I wanted to iron out as it could be a really good and fun rp with crazy antics but also interesting plot points I could use for a D&D campaign.
We have four races in a part of a galaxy*, probably due to their ancient races a long long time ago, the four races can breed with each other but due to now centuries and centuries of turmoil and war, they all seem to distrust or hate each other... well the Enochians seem to want to try and be friends but seem to be squished a lot or rejected a lot.
You have the Noctis, Svarthiens, Sunarians and Enochians.
Noctis is Dante/Vergil race... (maybe Trish but will think about it....)
Svarthiens is Nero's race
Sunarian is @larissaloki 's OC, Faricia, race
Enochians is my OCs, Esme, race.
(What I learned from last time is that I added in also mass effect races and guardians of the galaxy/marvel races of aliens, Asgardians (particularly the Hela era) do tie in with the Sunarians... possibly the Svarthiens)
The Noctis are known to be the most elite in warfare, their ships are literally called Dreadnoughts**. They are known to be egg laying species, very tall, very strong, stocky build, made for war, thick armour plating, wings,tail, certain number of horns depict rank/strength. Based on Barbarians/Berserkers, male Noctis are prone to literally see red, worse now then in the past. Due to a disease in their species, the females started to be affected, die off or just stopped being fertile. The females look the same to their male counterparts, a little smaller, softer but fiercely protective mama's over their clutches, like dragons? They were able to calm down their male counterparts. Now with no females, the males are very much always angry and butting heads.
IDEA: maybe due to too much breeding of the same race, it's what caused their females to have this issue? Like in RP with angels and pure blood syndrome
Svarthiens, poor bastards, they were originally some sort of mixture of dark elves and Vikings/Nords. But had been attacked a lot and pillaged, killed, some females and Omega's, were raped by Sunarians and Noctis. Created a mongrel race that shows only a small remain of what race they once started out to be. They hate and resent the Sunarians and Noctis for destroying their culture, history and identity as they now resembled thick, devil like but agile and feline like elves. They cut their horns, dock their tails, and vow to protect the weak in order to preserve their future. Live birth based, with some very rare cases of egg laying. Natural defenders, often their guard the Enochians. Guards, knights, military force for the Enochians. They were offered sanctuary and help from the Enochians. To help them get their planet back and fight back. Imagine very Nordic based, nordic language/writing, use to the cold even the extremes, infact Nero loves it.
Sunarians, feline like, desert planet slowly dying with not enough resources and Asgardians and Noctis attack them. Sunarian culture a lot like Middle Eastern, Egyptian, Persian. Polytheistic?? A lot of illegal sex trade of Sunarian people due to their excretement of scent and saliva to cause extreme pleasure.... Sanurians eventually fight off attackers on their planet. Very scrappy/fiesty. Good with making junk into really good tech. After they lost one of their Councillors on a meeting with the other three races, held by the Enochians, the Sunarians distrust the Enochians. Enochians are confused for the hate.... they are more likely to become mercenaries to get off their planet for a better life.
Enochians. Literally the Quarians of the four races. They are small; tallest is 5ft 5. They are very petite, dainty, almost fragile bones due to having very small holes through them for light weight and easy lift with their delicate wings. They wear a exo suit mostly for protection to stop breaking and bruising bones. Very fluffy and fuzzy heads.
They hide their elite technology to avoid being attacked by others except for Svarthiens who are loyal. Look primitive, like a mixture of ancient Greek and Roman. Sharp talons on their feet and claws on their feet (Maybe flying raptor people) go pyscho when pushed into a corner. Their genius actually caused the calamity that is known as the S.S Persia. They invented an super AI which had a god complex and it basically killed everyone on that ship by blowing it up. Enochians hide their shame... no one knows it was them.

**our DMC AU, the DTs/AT have names, Dreadnought is the name of Dante's DT, Odahviing is Nero's, Bast is Faricia's and Miniel is Esme's Angel trigger. All DT/AT names are names of their ships.
