I like the Let's Play Minecraft videos like crazy. Sometimes they border on being a bit offensive, but nothing that really puts me off.
I really like Mass Effect (my favorite), Last of Us, and Skyrim playthroughs, but that's mostly because I love those games. There are playthroughs for pretty much every game out there, so I suggest going with a game that you like, and that has a good story/dialogue/sound design. Like, I'm a huge nerd for Portal, but I don't know how good it would be to put on playthroughs of either Portal game, just because so much of it is a visual puzzle game (and of course I'm working off of the need for something that specifically has good audio, because I put them on as I'm working on inking pages).
Horror games are awesome to listen to playthroughs of, but only because of the commentary. P.T. is especially hilarious, of course.
I definitely recommend Game Grumps. Those are a couple of dudes I wanna hang out with.
