It looks like a good day at the workshop
I would say that intercultural competence is the core of Youth Build Boston. This community lead program ties in learning, growth, access to foundational knowledge and community engagement as their pathway of architecture. Today we covered some of the project their team of students put together, lead buy a mentor/teacher that ended up directing their lives towards a better mentality, better career baths and a better work ethic that can take them further in the future. A good foundation of practical knowledge with the help of a good community around them is something that cant be unlearned and can make a huge difference.
