THERE’S SOMETHING IN THE SILENCE
The use of sound, or the lack there of, in horror has been explored in the past. This horror short film from filmmaker Mike Castro takes a clever approach on playing on that which lurks in plain sight, but can only be detected by those with hearing aids. Having finished the film festival circuit, this film is a great option to enjoy this Halloween season. Don’t let the Predator style effects take away from the use of eerie audio.
