70 Years Old Model Walk The Runway at Simone Rocha

One of the brightest stars in British fashion, designer Simone Rocha showed her collection at Lancaster House today, in a grand manse right behind Clarence House (where Prince Charles lives). Rocha, who is known for her moody, romantic clothes and (smart-looking celebrity clientele like  Diane Kruger and Kiera Knightly) showed a stunning collection. There was a lot of her usual dramatic flourishes like fur, utilitarian accents, dark florals and pinks. But what really made this show a stand out was her model casting.

To show how diverse her clothes are, Rocha had women of all ages walking in her designs, including 73 year- old Italian model Benedetta Barzini.

This show was winner from start to finish, most significantly for celebrating women of all ages.
