small August Thing but in canon he's a pretty smart guy in a very resourceful kind of way (I always bump up his repair and survival skills first). However, the Inner Dumb of Ass jumps out when he's around Veronica and/or Arcade for very different reasons. With Veronica its the ‘friend i do dumb shit with?? friend i do dumb shit with!!!! fuck yeah lets see if this power armor can survive the bottom of lake mead,’ whereas with Arcade its ‘uuuhhhHHHH NICE He's Nice gotta??
