Ok so August is a gyaruo!!! He kinda switches up substyles sometimes (though he mostly just wears whatever the eff he wants) but I heavily based him off of sentaa guys as well as yamanba gyarus and kinda had that more colorful and flashy look in mind when I was redesigning him.
