1. what fandoms have you written for (but do not currently)?
i've been in many fandoms, but never written for any of them. i usually just write poetry lol
2. what fandoms are you currently writing for? only bts! i have considered maybe branching out into got7 fic 👀
3. how long have you been writing? The Library of Our Love was my first finished piece, and it was published in March!
4. on which platforms do you post your stories? just Tumblr! i have an AO3 (@triviafics) but there's nothing on there rn.
5. what is your favourite genre to write? i like angst lol... don't ask why i think i just like to make myself and readers sad.
6. are you a pantser or a planner? every single thing i've written has been 100% fly by the seat of my pants style.
7. one shot or multi-chapter? both! i tend to like to read long oneshots and then drabble series, so they both have their benefits for the type of story that needs to be told.
8. what is the perfect chapter length in your opinion? when the story for that chapter has been told.
9. what is your longest published story? is it complete?
series: burn after reading (7.6k and counting)
10. which story did you enjoy working on the most? i have a soft spot for everything that i've written, mainly because of how much i treasure the way readers react to it. you guys are the best! personally though, TLOL was really cathartic for me to write because it was based on my first real heartbreak and it helped me come to peace with the situation.
11. favourite request you’ve have written and why (if any?) i haven't written requests yet (i don't like feeling pressured to come up with things on the spot), but Sophie (@sunshinekims) gave me an idea for a lil something that i think I'll write once I'm done with boards.
12. are there reoccurring themes in your stories? i like to write stories about love that aren't love stories, angst with happy endings (there's always a silver lining, even if it's not what you may think), pining... masive amounts of pining.
13. current number of wips? literally, 0 bc i don't consider something a wip unless i have it down on paper. but 1284843929568 ideas live in my head constantly.
14. three things you have noticed about your own writing? 1) i like to focus on the member's development as much as the OC's 2) writing long stories is hard... i greatly admire anyone who can write above 10k words. 3) i write very spontaneously and jump around from story to story a lot.
15. a quote you like from a published story. i'm gonna pick one from each of my stories thus far.
the library of our love: maybe this library will no longer be an archive of your longings, but an incunabulum of a fresh start.
burn after reading: [we were] fools to think that love could have blossomed, could have thrived in these shades of grey. Love needs light to grow, to develop, it needs happy memories. It doesn’t need secrets, lies, and death.
scintilla: the cacophony of voices grows louder, building to a climax with the additions of cans of beer being slammed onto counters, and a hockey game coming from somewhere in the background, composing a grating, lilting rhapsody that draws you in like the song of a siren.
love is the true art: a vibrant rainbow of hues thrums underneath his skin. straight lines. curved ones. a flower here. a bold font there.
october: how both of you were two ships in the night, navigating the same murky waters yet never crossing paths. And now you’d become his anchor, and he was your lighthouse, guiding you to safety and security every hour of the day.
khwabon ke parindey: the two lifelong friends reflecting silently on all the memories they’d shared through the years, the empty chair at the end of the table representing the space left in their hearts during this joyous occasion.
16. a quote from an unpublished story
ok hehe since i literally have nothing down on paper at this moment, let me direct you to a story i want to write based on this moodboard i made just so i can put this one line in it:
“Sometimes I feel like strangling you, I hate you so much. But I don’t have the strength anymore.”
17. space for you to say something to your readers i'm so constantly touched by anyone who gives me and my little corner of this site the time of day. thank you, i appreciate you.
