Hi Arthur! Does your tribe have any traditional customs?
Yes, we have a few traditions! We have the Celebration of Birth in which the child is giving a 'secret' name, only known between the child and his/her parents. Then, they are given a public name. (Mine being Arthur.) Also at birth, infants are giving an abnormal gift like being able to talk with dragons, or the ability of knowing many languages, etc.
There's also The Custom of the Flower of Desire which is where someone wears a flower somewhere on them around another they desire. And when one wears it, even after it withers, it shows a love that goes beyond desire.
There's the Ritual of Passing in which when an elf knows they're going to die soon, they go out far away from their tribe to die in the flower beds surrounded by nature. When they are found after death, their bodies are burned in a fire with one of their closest possessions.
