Was watching some Modern Cube, and wondering about sagas and Vampire Hexmage. If I remove all counters from my saga (for example, The Eldest Reborn) while chapter 3 is on the stack, does it still resolve as chapter 3? And then next turn would I add a counter and trigger chapter 1 again? Thanks!

The number of lore counters on a Saga doesn't matter once a chapter trigger is on the stack. That trigger will resolve as normal based on the number of lore counters that were on the Saga when it triggered.Removing the counters from the Saga while the chapter III trigger is on the stack will keep the Saga from being put into its owner's graveyard when the chapter III trigger finishes resolving. At the beginning of your next precombat main phase, you'll add the first lore counter to that Saga again and thus trigger its chapter I ability.

Was any thought given to banning Saheeli Rai instead of Felidar Guardian? Clearly neither card is ban-worthy alone, and at least for myself, Felidar Guardian+Cloudblazer is great standard whereas Saheeli is barely playable.

History has shown us that players are happier the lower the rarity of the card banned.

If you're casting a tutor effect (such as Dark Petition) and your opponent has some information about how your deck is ordered (such as you having recently cast a Season's Past and put it on the bottom of your library), is there a legitimate way to try and conceal that information? It seems a bit silly that they could figure out that you're taking the Season's Past because you're taking it off the bottom of the library.

Since you’re going to be shuffling your library afterwards anyway, you’re allowed to re-order the cards in your library while you’re searching it.

Can I Silkwrap a Darksteel Citadel that's been enchanted with Ensoul Artifact?

If my opponent has a Cromat out, and I attack and they block and use Cromat's first ability ({W}{B}: Destroy target creature blocking or blocked by Cromat) targeting my blocked creature, and I destroy Cromat in response and they regenerate it, causing Cromat to be removed from combat, what happens to that first ability? Is it countered because the target is no longer legal? Would the same thing happen if Cromat wasn't regenerated?

In the first scenario, the creature is no longer blocking or blocked by Cromat, so the ability is countered. In the second scenario, the creature was blocking or blocked by Cromat as a it last existed on the battlefield, so the target is legal and the ability resolves.
