Oh, gears and starters this isn't how she wanted things to go. Belle was going to walk up and politely get Eggman's attention, though supposed she should've expected Orbot and Cubot to see her coming first. Now the tinkerer had the scientist's full attention, for better or for worse. 'Come on Belle, you can do this!' The puppet gave herself an internal pep talk before getting the nerve to speak.

"H-Hi fath- I mean, Eggman," Belle said, nervously waving at Eggman who seemed far more intimidating since the last time they met. It didn't help the tinkerer knew she was on her own with this one. Sonic or Tails not here to bail her out should things go south. No, that's negative thinking. It'll be fine, just start by asking the one question she came here to ask and the answer she get's will decided if she leaves right here and now.

"Do you... want to get a bite to eat?" Belle asked, feeling like she could start sweating out bolts at this rate. The tinkerer left The Restoration, walked all the way to Eggman's territory, and made her way to his command center just to ask if he wanted to get something to eat? Thinking it about it like that the puppet felt like she must have a few screws loose or an error in her programming.

As the robot turned, revealing not green ringed eyes on its visor but red, Shadow stiffened, and he instantly dropped his gaze toward (who he thought was his Sonic's) neck, expecting to find the Chaos Ring clasped around it again.

Except... No such item was there. His neck was empty, which only deepened Shadow's worry. He furrowed his brow.

Had the doctor somehow found a new way to remotely worm his way into Sonic's head? At the same time, Sonic wasn't attacking him— merely staring. Was he angry? Had Shadow - or someone else - done something wrong?

"Sonic," Said the hedgehog a second time, "your eyes are red. Did something happen?"

Chara was very familiar with the underground, years of being here allowed them to be very familiar with all the regions and this grey door? Had not been there before, they recognized it immediately as odd and likely not a place to enter recklessly.

However, the one upside to being literally dead? It was hard to be truly scared of anything anymore.

Slowly the spirit phased through the door, idly looking around in each direction. What was this place? "Hello...?" they don't expect an answer truthfully, they are used to being unseen but there's a certain vibe to the area that indicates that maybe the rules here place out differently.

It was a beautiful night, so Puss decided to go for a walk. He thought he was alone, but then he heard someone mumbling and breathing heavily. Approaching Alucard, the cat already found him to be strange and he somehow made him feel uneasy.

"Um...sure. It is a lovely night." Puss shrugged. "Are you alone, señor or are you waiting for someone?" He wasn't going to ask about what Alucard meant by hundreds of years ago. Not right now anyway.

"W-Woah!!" Josuke leaped out of the way as the sound of a motorcycle's engine suddenly came into his range of hearing. He narrowly evaded the bike, but in doing so, messed up his hair a bit.

Seeing the bike parking nearby, Josuke would take a moment to approach, while taking a comb out of his pocket and running it through his hair. He was gonna give the driver of the bike a piece of his mind.

"Oi! Looks to me you're new to Morioh, or else you'd know that other people use this street too!" He'd chide, as the bike's driver removed her helmet to reveal a girl with long, wild blonde hair. "Besides, I'd remember if I saw a bike like that in town before..."
